Our suppliers deliver fresh walnuts to us and, as from that point, they are processed till the final product, complying with highest quality standards. Lidya Walnuts uses HACCP and BRC grading criteria to inspect in-shell product. Grading standards include size, external defects, internal defects and colour. Lidya Walnuts dries and sizes in-shell products, then cracks, sorts, cleans, packs and delivers them in carton boxes (min. 5, max. 10 kgs) after the approval of quality assurance for each step. We pack bulk walnuts in vacuum or inliner bags according to the requests of our business partners.
